Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Junk-N-Haul, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides junk removal, hauling, light demolition, and related services as described on our website and in written estimates.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing is based on the volume of materials removed, labor involved, and disposal fees. Estimates provided prior to job start are non-binding and may be adjusted on-site based on the actual load size, weight, and labor requirements. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew and truck costs.

4. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate local, state, or federal regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Items We Cannot Take

Due to safety and environmental regulations, we cannot haul certain hazardous materials including but not limited to: chemicals, paints, fuels, asbestos, and other restricted waste. Please contact us for a full list of prohibited items.

7. Liability

We take care to avoid property damage while performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

8. Disposal and Donation

We make every effort to recycle and donate items when possible, but final decisions regarding disposal are at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
